Welcome to the Peedie Gallery.
The Peedie Gallery is a portable, miniature art gallery - made from a shoebox.
The aim of the Peedie Gallery project is to build and develop a physical exhibition space for artists on as small a budget as possible.
The Peedie Gallery is a new gallery space in Orkney for visual artists, writers and other creatives - the location of which will change from exhibition to exhibition.
The Peedie Gallery is a project devised, developed and managed by 59north - an arts management and creative project development collaborative based in Orkney. The aim of the Peedie Gallery is to not only develop and manage a unique gallery space on as small a budget as possible, but also to contribute to dialogue and discussion both locally and outwith Orkney about galleries and the arts - hence its various locations and the novelty size of the gallery itself.
If you would like to discuss an idea for a future exhibition at the Peedie Gallery, then contact us direct at info@peediegallery.co.uk or use our online contact form on this website, including an outline of your proposal.
