You can also use our online contact form. costs between £500 - £600 (GBP) per week to let for 3 people sharing, depending on the time of year (see Tariff below). Price includes all heating, electric and bed linen/towels. There is a surchage of £25 per guest for each extra guest above 3, to cover the extra cleaning and linen etc. |

Prices include VAT. A deposit of £200 is required, which is non-refundable. We require outstanding balances to be paid 4 weeks before arrival. We do not accept bookings for further than one year ahead. We only accept cheques or postal orders - we do not accept credit cards.

We reserve the right to change/modify dates on this calendar without notice. Please check via email or by telephone with the owners to confirm/reserve dates and to avoid disappointment.

We do not accept bookings for further than one year ahead. We only accept cheques or postal orders - we do not accept credit cards. We require a deposit of £200 (GBP), which is non-refundable and we require outstanding balances to be paid 4 weeks before arrival. A 25% refund on full cost will be available should you require to cancel at short notice.
Guest changeover is usually on a Saturday. We kindly request that guests vacate by 9.30am on the morning of departure. For arrrivals, the house will be normally be ready for entry after 3.00pm on the afternoon of the arrival date.

These prices are accurate at time of going to print (January 2006) - however please confirm prices when making your reservation.
