Bootleg Series volume 8 - in 2008?

Thanks to two eagle-eyed readers who picked up the promise of Bootleg Series volume 8 later in 2008 from Friday’s interview in The Times:


* JB Heinink:
“ ‘And later this year he will release a further volume within the ongoing Bob Dylan Bootleg Series, featuring previously unreleased or rare material alongside alternative versions of existing tracks recorded between 1989 and 2006.’

”Can we speculate about the titles/songs? Out-takes from OH MERCY to MODERN TIMES? RED RIVER SHORE? The Ardent sessions? The Bromberg sessions? There are many songs excluded from MASKED AND ANONYMOUS sessions.”


* Martin Cowan:
