Dylan book bargains #2: Bob Dylan Inspirations

I’d heard about Bob Dylan Inspirations, published by Andrews McMeel of Kansas City in 2005, but I’d never seen a copy in the London bookshops where I get my kicks.

Then last week I stumbled across a whole pile of them, at Judd Books, remaindered to £3.95. It’s a lovely little production, using the same portrait and b/w/red colours as the Live 66 “Royal Albert Hall” Bootleg Series vol 4 CD box.

It consists of Dylan quotes set in a gallery of photos. If you’re a Dylan book collector, it’s a must-have.

Judd Books is at 82 Marchmont St, London WC1N 1AG (tel 020 7387 5333). I always try pop in whenever I’m near King’s Cross. It’s a wonderful shop for picking up, inter alia, music book bargains.
