The Rough Guide to Bob Dylan - new edition just out

Many Dylan Daily regulars will already own a copy of Nigel Williamson’s fine book, The Rough Guide to Bob Dylan, published in 2004. It’s an absorbing read, written by one of the brightest, most wide-ranging of Brit popular music critics.

You’ve been able to pick it up in the London megastores for about £3 for several months now, presumably because a larger format second edition was about to hit the streets. It just did. I've only glanced at it, but the handsome new book looks like another fine addition to the Dylan shelves.

By coincidence, Dylan Daily regular Martin Cowan has just sent some suggested corrections to the first edition: we'll be checking whether Nigel Williamson has incorporated them into his new version, and posting them here if not!

The new edition of The Rough Guide to Bob Dylan looks like a must-buy: watch this space for a review.
