Judas! to cease publication after next issue

The new (Number 18, July 2006) issue of Judas!, which has just landed on my door mat, is the bearer of bad new – about itself.

Editor Andrew Muir announces that the quarterly is to cease publication with a double issue (19/20), due in December.

Pity. While it has its weaknesses (what organ doesn’t?), each issue of the quarterly has always been welcomed by this subscriber. It has published a laudable proportion of in-depth feature articles which will have enriched its readers’ appreciation of Dylan’s magisterial work.

So, Adieu Judas! And thanks to publisher Woodstock and Editor Andrew Muir.
