Dylan’s Music and Life - very attractive new book

Travelling in the Black Forest last week I picked up a copy of a handsome new German-language Dylan study, Olaf Benzinger’s Bob Dylan: Seine Musik und sein Leben (Deutsche Taschenbuch, 2006).

It follows an album-by-album structure, with rather more on the recordings than the man. I’m looking forward to struggling through this very attractive artefact with my German-English dictionary close to hand.
