Dylan's England/Wales 2006 shows: no thanks

So it wasn’t worth the wait, after all.

The announcement of Dylan’s 2006 UK gig venues, that is: Cardiff International Arena on 27 June, and Bournemouth International Centre the following day.

Two 5,000+ soulless sheds. Two spaces ideal for long distance karaoke in the company of the great unwashed and not a few drunks. But little else. Neither offering the remotest chance of a satisfactory musical experience.

No, thanks. Having seen Bob in both venues before, I’d rather visit the dentist.
