Knocked Out Loaded: Dylan for Downloaders 4
Thanks to Don Burns for throwing down this challenge:
“I’m amused that, whenever a Dylan Daily writer dares criticise anything by Bob, someone jumps in to defend said work as a masterpiece. Case in point: Under The Red Sky. Gimme a break.
“I wonder if Knocked Out Loaded has any defenders out there? Brownsville Girl is obviously a must-download track; I’d say one of the Dylan career highlights. But would anyone seriously recommend any other tracks for downloading? Surely no-one will have much praise for Knocked Out Loaded, the low point of Dylan’s recording career?”
(Knocked Out Loaded (1986) tracklist: You Wanna Ramble; They Killed Him; Driftin’ Too Far from Shore; Precious Memories; Maybe Someday; Brownsville Girl; Got My Mind Made Up; Under Your Spell)
