The top 5 Dylan albums?

It’s always a surprise to receive requests from readers for a ranking list of Dylan albums – it’s easy to forget that not everyone has been listening to Zim for years!

So, especially for this week’s correspondents - Juan, Renata and Nathan - here’s The Dylan Daily’s top 5 Dylan albums. All are masterpieces - as are the next five on my ranking list.

The ranking is similar to, but not exactly the same as, the fan consensus:

1. Another Side of Bob Dylan (1964)

2. Highway 61 Revisited (1965)

3. Blonde on Blonde (1966)

4. Bringing it all Back Home (1965)

5. Blood on the Tracks (1975).
